Cars and bikes!  Reply with quote

Soooooo.....

What cars / bikes are you all running nowadays?

I sold the old petrol guzzling Jag XJ6 a couple of years ago and then bought myself a nice Jag X-type 2.0 Diesel. It's a lovely car that is pretty economical and is pretty cheap to tax and insure compared to the old monster. I can get around 45mpg on good runs but generally see about 35-40mpg with normal running. I don't think this is bad, it's lovely and comfortable with all leather seats, handles really well, has plenty of power considering the diesel engine, and is quiet.

Tis a lovely motor that I promised to clay for you Ratty, must get around to doing that!

My motor is a boring but economical Astra LPG....do have the GPZ for fun rides out though.
